IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM PHTIN:
“I am pleased to be able to let you know that the PHTIN
Contract Amendment for FY10 has been executed "as is."
PHTIN programs will continue, for the time being.
We’re still waiting to see if any more cuts come when the state budget is
released, but for now, PHTIN is in business. If you have any questions or
concerns, please let me know.

The W. Fred Mayes Telecommunications Center at the
UNC School of Public Health in Chapel Hill and the Cooper Building in
Raleigh provide facilities to originate programs on the PHTIN.

programming.
