1) Take US 70 East to Smithfield and Business US 70 East;
2) Take Bus. US 70 East into Smithfield to US 301 North/Bright Leaf Boulevard;
3) Turn left onto US 301 North/Bright Leaf Blvd.;
4) Follow the Hospital signs—the Health Department is located at 517 N. Bright Leaf Blvd., on the left, adjacent to Johnston Memorial Hospital;
5) Please park in the lot beside the Health Dept. No parking in front of the building—this is reserved for patients only.

From Princeton via US 70 West

1) Take US 70 West to Smithfield and Business US 70 West;
2) Take Bus. US 70 West into Smithfield to US 301 North/Bright Leaf Boulevard;
3) Turn right onto US 301 North/Bright Leaf Blvd.;
