From Raleigh via US 401 South (30 minutes–1 hour)

1) Take US 401 South through Fuquay-Varina to Lillington;
2) The Health Department is located in Lillington on US 401/307 Cornelius Harnett Blvd., on the right (if you pass McDonald’s, you've gone too far).

From Cary via Kildaire Farm Rd. (45 minutes)...

1) Take Kildaire Farm Rd. to Holly Springs Rd.;
2) Take a right onto Holly Springs Rd. and go to the 1st stoplight (Sunset Lake Rd.);
3) Take a left onto Sunset Lake Rd., travel until you reach US 401 (Bojangles across street on left);
4) Take a right onto US 401 South, through Fuquay-Varina, to Lillington;
5) The Health Department is located in Lillington on US 401/307 Cornelius Harnett Blvd., on the right.

...Or, From Cary via NC 55 East

1) Take NC 55 East to Fuquay-Varina;
2) Watch for NC 55 to fork slightly left—a small sign on the right says “To Main Street,”—you bear right off NC 55, toward Main St.;
3) Go to the stoplight—crossing railroad tracks—and merge right, onto US 401 South;
4) Continue on US 401 South through Fuquay-Varina to Lillington;
5) The Health Department is located in Lillington on US 401/307 Cornelius Harnett Blvd., on the right.

From Apex & Durham via NC 55 East (45 minutes–1 ¼ hours)

1) Take NC 55 East to Fuquay-Varina;
2) Watch for NC 55 to fork slightly left—a small sign on the right says “To Main Street,”—you bear right off NC 55, toward Main St.;
3) Go to the stoplight—crossing railroad tracks—and merge right, onto US 401 South;
4) Continue on US 401 South through Fuquay-Varina to Lillington;
5) The Health Department is located in Lillington on US 401/307 Cornelius Harnett Blvd., on the right.
