The Cooper Memorial Health Building Teleconferencing site in Raleigh is part of the Public Health Training and Information Network, a two-way, fully interactive network linking 6 North Carolina Health Departments with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health. The Cooper Building is connected to the PHTIN via the North Carolina Information Highway, which also gives them access to over 200 sites across the state. Operational since September of 1999, the Raleigh site can be used to originate programs to other sites.
