From Greenville via US 264 East

1) Take US 264 East to Washington;
2) At the first stoplight in Washington, turn left onto 15th St. Extension (Food Lion on the left);
3) Cross Carolina Ave. (Wal-Mart on the right) and continue on 15th St.—15th St. becomes East 12th St.;
4) At the stoplight at the hospital, turn left onto Highland Dr.;
5) Watch on your left for the Beaufort County Health Dept. at 1436 Highland Dr.

From Williamston via US 17 South

1) Take US 17 South to Washington;
2) Pass Lowe’s, then at the first stoplight turn left onto 15th St.—15th St. will become East 12th St.;
3) At the stoplight at the hospital, turn left onto Highland Dr.;
4) Watch on your left for the Beaufort County Health Dept. at 1436 Highland Dr.

From Belhaven via US 264 West

1) Take US 264 West to Washington;
2) Enter Washington and turn right onto Avon St. (just before the Food Lion shopping center);
3) At the stop sign, turn right onto Highland Dr.;
4) Watch on your left for the Beaufort County Health Dept. at 1436 Highland Dr.

From New Bern via US 17 North

1) Take US 17 North, which becomes Bridge St. after you cross the bridge over the Pamlico River into Washington, to West 5th St.;
2) Turn right onto West 5th St.—US 264 East—which becomes John Small Ave.;
3) Pass the CVS Pharmacy, then at the first stoplight turn left onto Highland Dr.;
4) Continue on Highland Drive through the next stoplight (a hospital on the left);
5) Watch on your left for the Beaufort County Health Dept. at 1436 Highland Dr.
