H.320 Sites PHTIN Core Sites: Videoconferencing Sites that are scheduled by the PHTIN scheduler and PHTIN has first rights to room usage, unless there is an emergency.
H.323 Sites Other Videoconferencing Sites: Health Departments around North Carolina that are videoconferencing capable, but are not scheduled by PHTIN.  The PHTIN scheduler will contact the site, but the site coordinator reserves the right to approve or deny their site for participation in any program.
