The New Hanover County Health Department Teleconferencing Site is part
of the Public Health Training and Information Network (PHTIN), a two-way,
fully interactive network linking several North Carolina Health Departments
with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public
Health. New Hanover County Health is connected to the PHTIN via DSL video.
This site became operational in April, 2004.
